Census Information
Have you filled out your 2020 Census questionnaire?
The census is taken every 10 years in order to count every person living in the United States. The census determines how much federal funding goes to your community, as well as the number of seats each state has in Congress and your political representation at all levels of government.
You are required by law to respond to the census. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete, and your information will remain safe, secure, and confidential. You can either fill out the paper questionnaire that was mailed to you (or left on your door) or use the Census ID number on your paper questionnaire to complete the census online.
